Patrick is a Coach,

noun. 1. comfortably equipped single decker bus used for longer journeys..

noun 2. a person who teaches and trains you to makes decisions about your thoughts, actions & eeee…emotions (sorry, that’s a little scary) that make you feel better each day.

Patrick has passion for Mental & Physical Fitness, similiar to a PT for your brain, but NOT a psychologist/ therapist.

He often works with you if you are stressed, close to burnout, down, going through a bit harder patch than normal or often feel a sense of overwhelming/ anxiety attack.

Patrick DOESN’T need to know ALL the past challenges, shameful or embarrassing experiences in order to get you the results.

He focus’s on a scientific approach

  • What problems you are currently facing?

  • What exisiting principles and frameworks will benefit you the mostLikees.

You will need to speak, Patrick has often found sharades is fun but harder way to understand you and there is no current technology to download someone else’s thoughts…

Unlike therapy the aim is forward progress and less on reliving of past experiences.

Patrick works best with you if you value Trust, Open and Honest Conversations, that are free of judgement in order for you to understand your current situation, and work along side you to get where you want to be!
